♢Photo Diary : Roma♢

Ahoy Sailors,
Sorry this is a bit late, I got back from Europe on Sunday and I've been so jet-lagged and busy getting back to school. Anyway... Here is my post from the beautiful Rome. I didn't take many photos because I was too busy just taking in all the beautiful sights. I was probably most excited to go to Rome because I am a HUGE fan of Audrey Hepburn and I have watched Roman Holiday countless times.
We had a very packed three days in Rome. WE went to all the main sights; the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Roman Forum, the Vatican City and the Colosseum.
We also did a lot of shopping and eating. The food in Italy is so amazing. I love pasta and ever since I was little my parents have called me the Pasta Queen because I love pasta and can eat tonnes of pasta without getting full. My mum literally has to stop me.
I've had such an amazing experience over the last few weeks and I've enjoyed every bit of it. I miss it all already and hopefully one day I will get a chance to revisit some of the beautiful cities.
My whole outfit in these pictures is from Brandy Melville.
Thanks for reading xo

☓Photo Diary : Florence☓

Ahoy Sailors,
We are coming to the end of our trip and I really on't want to leave. I fell in love with Florence so I'll show you some pictured from this beautiful city.
We spent a lot of time in florence in art galleries. The art is so beautiful. I loved learning all the historical meanings behind famous works of art. My favourite artists in these museums would have to be Michelangelo, Domenico Ghirlandaio and Leonardo da Vinci.
We went into a really cool palace called Palazzo di Vecchio. We got a really cool guided tour and it was awesome because we got to go into a secret passage. It was priceless to see people's faces when we appeared from out of a wall.
One of the best things in Florence was the food. I love Pasta, and I think that Florence has the best pasta in the world.
This is an outfit I wore to the Uffizi Gallery. My Jumper is from GAP, my skirt is from Topshop, my shoes are Converse and my bag is from the markets in Cambodia.
If you are planning on visiting Florence, I would definitely recommend reading The Agony and The Ecstasy by Irving Stone. It gives you a great insight into the Medici and a lot of Florence's artists.

♡Photo Diary: Venice♡

Ahoy Sailors,
We are now in Italy and it is AMAZING!!! I am in love. We have left Venice, So it's time to share my photos of this beautiful city.
We took even more photos in the windows because ours in venice had the most beautiful views of the canal.
We went for a tour of venice with a friend. She showed us a lot of the less touristy places which was great. I learnt a lot about how venice was built and the history of venice.
We also went on a Gondola ride which was amazing. We saw lots of beautiful buildings on our way.
Venice is such a beautiful city and it has such amazing food. I wish I could have visited a few years ago when it was less touristy. Every second shop was a souvenir store.
