DREAMING OF SUMMER

I'm sitting on my floor right now, burning incense, listening to Joni Mitchell and wishing I was at splendour In the grass music festival. 

Even though it is the dead of winter here in Australia, I thought I would show you some of my summer time/ festival inspiration.

THE MESSY HEADS
Emma and India's blog give me such good vibes and makes me feel like lazing around on a beach all day. Their style is really cool and their photos are so nice. Definitely check them out

I found this picture on tumblr, I don't know if this was ever an album cover for this song but I still love it. The colours are really cool and this song is always playing before I go to bed. Its such a relaxing tune and it always manages to calm me down.

I love how delicate and fairy-like these hairstyles are.

This is a picture of my Queen Mimi Elashiry at coachella. Her style is so amazing and I just love this look. Its so nice and relaxed.

MALAYSIA | 2015

Hey Everyone,

As I said in my last post, I have just returned from an exciting break from winter in Malaysia.

I had such a marvelous time snorkeling all day and eating roti canai and black pepper chicken. 

It was so relaxing and I have come back feeling completely rejuvenated and alive.

It was also so amazing to see my best friends again, featured at the end of the video. I will have a blog post up from our fun filled weekend up soon.

American Apparel Addict

Ahoy Sailors

i. I don't really have much to say about this outfit. I got both the jumper and the skirt from american apparel, and when I wear them I kinda feel like Liv Tyler's character in Empire Records. 

ii. I had to watch Moonrise Kingdom as preparation for school and I loved it. What Suzy wore was so cute and i loved the whole Aesthetics of the movie.

iii. I bought Rookie Yearbook Three the other day so now i have the complete collection : happy meg

✧ HARRY POTTER WORLD ✧

Ahoy Sailors,

So I've disappeared for a bit but I'm back now with a very exciting post for me. So i'm in England at the moment and the other day we went to the Harry Potter Studio tour and omg it was so amazing. If you know me you probably know that I LOVE Harry Potter. I literally cried when I turned 11 and didn't get my Hogwarts letter. So this was basically the coolest thing ever for me. Sorry if some of the photos turned out a little odd, they had this really cool colourful lighting in all the rooms.

1.  It's really hard to make my hair messy. Even when I wake up in the morning its neat.
2.  I used to be scared of scottish accents because of a movie I saw
3.  When I was 8 I used my Arctic Monkeys CD as a lullaby
4. When I was 8 I thought the Arctic monkeys was actually a group of arctic monkeys                                     
5. I used to be really short but when I was 12 I grew really really fast
6. I have massive feet. I can't even buy shoes in the country I live
7. I've been to six schools
8. I have dual citizenship
9. I've lived in  three different countries
10. I was born in Feilding, New Zealand which has won the prize for New Zealand's most beautiful town 14 times.
11. My best subjects at school are English, Drama and French
12. They are also my favourite subjects
13. My dad has the best music taste ever so I grew up listening to bands like The Arctic Monkeys, Vampire Weekend, The Clash, The Smiths, The Kooks and tonnes of others
14. I keep a diary
15. I prefer reading classic book but I'm really obsessed with a couple of teen series
16. My favourite foods are Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Lolly Cake
17. I don't really like meat
18. I was vegetarian for a while but then my blood pressure got really low and I started fainting
19. I have two beautiful sisters that are my best friends
20. I tried doing the 50 random facts post but I cannot think of a single other thing about myself
